Online Speech Therapy Registration
Your service plan determines how therapy will be provided during a given month. Each plan runs 30-days beginning the day your account becomes active. This date is referred to as your activation date. You may cancel or change your service plan at any time (changes will be processed on your activation date). If you have any questions about the plans listed below please contact your therapist or click here to contact our accounting department. We look forward to working with you and are committed to providing you with the best possible speech therapy services!
Gold Plan ~
Includes:
Two hours of therapy per month. You can choose from one of the following options:
1) Four thirty-minute therapy sessions per month (weekly therapy sessions) ~ or ~
2) Two one-hour therapy sessions per month
Each plan includes an online folder. This folder contains:
1) Reports
Your evaluation report and treatment plan are housed in this folder. In addition, a
therapy data sheet showing what objectives were addressed during a therapy session
and the level of accuracy is included. This sheet is updated within 24 hours after each
therapy session. A similar practice activity data sheet is included for reporting on
practice activities completed between sessions.
2) Practice Activities
After each therapy session, activities relating to the objectives targeted during therapy
are placed in your folder for completion between therapy sessions. As each activity is
completed, additional activities are uploaded to your folder.
To login to your folder you will be given a unique username and password. You access your folder through the Patient Login area on our homepage. You have access to your folder 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from any computer.
