MAKING CONNECTIONS FOR EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION

EVALUATION ROOM A

Please ensure the web-cam and headset (if you are using one) are plugged in prior to clicking on the link to ensure the program recognizes them. Check your volume to make sure it is turned up and nothing is muted.

When you click the link, you will see a button that says "Join". Click this button to enter the room. It will ask for your name, please enter the student name as this will appear under the web-cam picture. It will ask you for your e-mail address, you do NOT need to enter this address, you may leave it blank.

When you join for the first time, you may be asked to download Active X. If you are prompted, please download this plugin. It helps the video function properly. If you are not prompted, it is becuase this plugin is already on your computer.

After you enter the room, a pop-up box will appear asking if you want to join the audio conference. Please click "Yes" to join. This allows us to talk through the computer.
